
RISE Challenge
Helen Marie Fox and her husband Dr. Bola Daramola share a vision to ignite the minds of many as they continue to rise up by lifting others with them. They personally invite and encourage you to do the same by taking the RISE Challenge. Here's how it works:
1. Commit to attending the RISE event on Saturday September 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Meeting House Theatre, 2700 Bristol Circle, Oakville, Ontario.
2. Purchase 5+ tickets on the event website for you and 4+ others who you want to lift up! More specifically, seek out individuals who meet one or all of of the RISE criteria below. You don't need to know who they are right away; just commit to the challenge by securing 5+ tickets. By purchasing 5+ tickets, you will also gain FREE access to Helen's 6-Session Rise Up 4th Quarter Master Class webinar course ($997 value)!
3. By September 20th, 2017 send an email to info@helenmariefox.com with the names of your 4+ guests who will be attending the event with you. This way, in case you aren't travelling together, your guests will be able to pick up their tickets without you on event day. Please also make sure they have all the relevant event information.
5. On September 23rd, 2017, arrive with your 4+ guests and you will be given $20 cash for successfully completing the challenge!

R is for Recharge: This individual is someone you know who could benefit from a simple recharge. Perhaps they have been in a slump or have been hanging around the same people and situations for too long. Maybe they are tired, burnt out, or rundown from this crazy little thing called life... or maybe they just need to be renewed and recharged before tackling the last quarter and final stretch of 2017. We want this individual to get plugged in, refocused, and charged up on what is possible for them.
I is for Inspire: This individual is someone you know who could benefit from a spark of inspiration. This is someone that you truly believe in and you see a vision for them that is bigger than what they see for themselves. Motivation is external but inspiration is within. We want this individual to connect with what truly sets their soul on fire. This event is sure to wake them up so that they too can see what's possible.
S is for Start: This individual is ready for change yet it seems like something might be holding them back. Maybe they are suffering from paralysis by analysis or perhaps they are listening to lies and excuses that just don't serve them or their current situation. You know they could benefit from a little nudge. Let's get them started on the path to success that you know they are capable of!
E for Energy: Energy is contagious! Have you ever walked in a room and felt uncomfortable or uneasy for no logical reason? This was your intuition giving you some clear warning signs to get out of there... did you listen? On the flip side, have you ever felt good around someone or found yourself attracted to certain people just because? It's because you were feeling their positive energy and you wanted some too. We believe you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Find someone who would benefit from being around positive like minded people who emit only good vibes. Good people, good energy, good times. We can't wait to elevate and rise up together.
